When you fill in the contact or booking form, we collect the information you provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone or WhatsApp number
• Preferred date
• Number of guests
• Message or inquiry

How we use it

We use this data only to answer your inquiry, check availability, coordinate a booking and send you information related to the tour. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

The form is processed by Web3Forms, a service that delivers the message to our email inbox. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's policy. The embedded Google Map may load third-party cookies when you interact with it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, not on external servers. The Google Map is the only third-party content and only loads when you reach that section.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or booking and, afterwards, for any period required by applicable law. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data, or object to its processing. Email estebanfishingguide@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. You may also file a complaint with the Costa Rican data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. We recommend reviewing it when you return to the site.
